Unless stated otherwise, the items listed on our site are brand-new, have boxes, manuals, accessories and have full warranties.
Most items have a warranty of one year (parts and labor) under normal use.
Some items carry a 6-month warranty.
Please inquire with us for warranty length of the product you wish to purchase.
Normally, each unit has a warranty card. In case, there is no warranty card, the store invoice will act as the warranty certificate.
In order to claim warranty, the store invoice of the unit should be presented. Just presentation of the warranty card (without the store invoice or delivery receipt) is not a valid claim for the warranty.
Should you lose your invoice, please inform us of customer name, the brand and model number of the item and serial number, and we will try to find out if your unit is still under warranty.
